Arsen Salatinjants is a creative entrepreneur raised in Los Angeles, California with over 20 years experience within the streetwear industry. Growing up in Los Angeles, Arsen was immersed in the foundations of skate, street culture, and music. In 2003, he founded Kendo, a women’s only sneaker boutique years ahead of its time. As a partner in The Collective, an event promotions company, Arsen also had a big influence on the early 2000’s LA social scene cultivating exclusive events in nightlife.

In 2007 he secured the intellectual property rights to and founded the brand Hall of Fame. Arsen has anchored the brand on Fairfax Ave., the unofficial worldwide hub of streetwear. Hall of Fame has collaborated with numerous sportswear stalwarts including Adidas, New Era, Reebok, and Mitchell & Ness. The brand continues to evolve and solidify its niche as the embodiment of sports culture meets streetwear.


Matthew Fine is a long-tenured executive in wholesale and retail. He spent 12 years in sales & distribution roles at Nike, Inc. building strategy for its largest and most culturally connected category. During his time at Nike, he worked with partners ranging from boutiques, such as Kith & Undefeated, to industry titans, such as Footlocker & Finishline.

In 2014, Mr. Fine departed Nike to assume the role of President for Shiekh Shoes LLC., responsible for day-to-day operations of both the omnichannel Shiekh brand and e-tailer Karmaloop, Mr. Fine oversaw successful re-brands for both entities. After nearly 4 years at the helm of Shiekh Shoes, Mr. Fine founded his own advisory called The Fine Game Plan, drawing upon his experiences to build strategies for brands, retailers, & catalysts.
